WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE A NEW BEGINNER FLYER PROGRAM

 

           Our club is participating in the AMA Introductory Pilot Program. We are the only club in the SHOALS to bring you this program.

 

           This program will allow a beginner to learn to fly radio control airplanes without having to become a member of AMA and still be covered by The AMA Insurance plan for a period of 60 days. This is a training program only and does not constitute permission to fly in any event of AMA or any of it chartered clubs.

 

         Only AMA approved Instructor may undertake the training of a student pilot in this program. Other club members may train but the trainee must be a member of AMA.

 

         AMA has approved (2) two pilots from our club (listed below) and you should contact one of these instructors if you are interested in joining this exciting hobby.
